In September 2010, Houghton was named as the new face of La Senza underwear range. Houghton appeared on the cover of OK! magazine a second time since leaving Ultimate Big Brother. It featured an interview and photoshoot titled 'Lonely Chantelle'. In April 2011, Houghton appeared on an episode of celebrity total wipeout on the BBC.
