New Britney Spears’ album edgy and more club

Although fans of Britney Spears have embraced “Hold It Against Me,” songwriter Claude Kelly recently revealed that the remainder of the upcoming Britney album with have an edgier sound than most releases by Spears except for one.

Songwriter Claude Kelly, who created tracks for the new Britney Spears album, revealed that Britney has opted for an edgier sound in the same vein as Blackout. Although Kelly admitted that he hasn’t heard the final album, he does know that Britney Spears and her team are aiming for a harder, edgier sound than what we are used to hearing. “Dr. Luke and Max Martin are running the show,” said Kelly, “and it’s all about the beats. It has a heavier bass line and it’s much harder, more urgent, more club. She’s ready again!”
